Route details
Following an early breakfast at your lodge or residence, your guide will meet you for a briefing before transferring to Budongo Forest for your chimpanzee trekking adventure.
Upon arrival, you'll meet with a ranger who will provide you with important guidelines on what to do and what to avoid while in the presence of chimpanzees.
After that, you'll start the trek, and once the chimpanzees are located, you'll have the opportunity to spend an hour with them.
Afterwards, you'll return to the starting point for a debriefing, followed by a transfer back to your hotel, concluding your one-day chimpanzee trekking experience in Budongo Forest.
