Route details

After enjoying a leisurely breakfast at your hotel in Kigali, Rwanda, you will meet your experienced safari guide and driver, who has extensive knowledge of trips to Rwanda and Uganda.

Following a safari briefing about the 3-day gorilla tracking adventure in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, you will visit the Kigali Genocide Museum to pay your respects to the victims of the 1994 Rwandan genocide against the Tutsi. This visit will take approximately one and a half to two hours.

Afterwards, you will be transferred to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in Uganda, where you will spend the night at Travelers Rest Hotel or a similar accommodation.
