Route details
Following breakfast at your hotel in Kigali, Rwanda, your driver-guide will meet you for a briefing.
You'll then visit the Kigali Genocide Museum to pay your respects to the victims of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide against the Tutsi. Before departing from the vibrant capital, you'll go on a 2.5-hour drive northwest through picturesque hills and lively market towns to the breathtaking Volcanoes National Park, famous for Dian Fossey's groundbreaking research on mountain gorillas.
You'll spend the night at The Garden Place Hotel or a similar accommodation.
