The 5 Days Trekking Through Marangu Route is one of the most popular ways to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. Known as the famous “Coca-Cola Route,” the Marangu Route is considered the easiest and shortest route to the summit, making it ideal for first-time climbers and trekkers seeking a more comfortable mountain experience.

This is the only Kilimanjaro route offering hut accommodation instead of camping tents. Climbers stay in shared mountain huts equipped with beds, mattresses, solar lighting, and communal dining halls.

The route passes through diverse landscapes including rainforest, heathland, alpine desert, and arctic summit zones, providing spectacular scenery and unforgettable trekking experiences.

Although the route can be completed in 5 trekking days, many climbers choose longer itineraries for better acclimatization and higher summit success rates.
