Route details

Begin your journey on the first day with an exhilarating off-road ride to a secluded trailhead at Sun Pa Kia, where you'll be treated to breathtaking views of Doi Luang Chiang Dao. The adventure kicks off with a challenging ascent through picturesque pine forests at an altitude of 1500 meters.

After conquering the uphill climb, you will transition into a thrilling downhill section along the local trading route, offering panoramic views of the stunning landscape. A well-deserved lunch break awaits you at a Hill Tribe tea plantation.

The ride then continues down an exciting trail through dense bamboo forests and a Hmong Tribe village. Concluding the day’s adventures, you will unwind on a bamboo raft as it floats gently along the Mae Tang River, surrounded by steep valleys and lush greenery.

As the day draws to a close, you will spend the night beneath a blanket of stars illuminating the majestic Chiang Dao mountain in a cozy accommodation. A traditional Thai dinner will be served to fuel you for the adventures that await on day two. For those looking for relaxation, a body massage can be arranged for an additional cost.

By the end of the 1st day, we will find ourselves nestled under a blanket of a million stars, with the breathtaking Chiang Dao mountain as our backdrop in a comfortable lodging.

I had a blast spending time with Kom and Vi. Both of them are excellent guides and a lot of fun to hang out with. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always made sure I was as prepared as I could be for each part of the trail. As a beginner to mountain biking, the course was quite challenging, but overall, it was a great experience!

Such a great tour with the best guide Vivi. She told us a lot about whatever we asked and shared a very interesting information. It was amazing to explore the city via bike - I enjoyed it a LOT!

Outstanding ride! Lek was very friendly and did a wonderful job showing us the terrain. Steep and fun ride for the experienced rider. Would definitely do it again!
