There’s a moment on Aoraki when the horizon falls away, and the world below seems impossibly distant — oceans gleaming on both sides, the wind whispering through a silence that few ever hear. New Zealand’s highest peak, Aoraki / Mount Cook, rises straight from the plains, a perfect pyramid of ice and granite that has challenged and inspired climbers for generations.
Your journey begins with a flight over glaciers to the remote Plateau Hut, perched high above the Hooker Valley. Over the next days, you’ll train with your guide, mastering movement across ice and rock, waiting for the perfect weather window. When the time comes, you’ll set out in the dark, climbing through the Linda Glacier as dawn paints the sky in rose and gold. Step by step, ridge by ridge, the summit draws nearer — a rare and humbling place where effort meets awe.
All logistics, gear, and meals are taken care of, leaving you free to focus on the climb. Join us and stand where two oceans meet, on the very top of Aotearoa — an ascent that will stay with you long after you’ve left the snow behind!
*The longer route is also available - 7 Day: $12,550
*This trip is guided on a 1:1 client to guide ratio. If you'd like to summit with a friend, a second guide will be required to ensure the utmost safety and care.
