Route details

Your journey begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Tarrafal, followed by a transfer to Serra Malagueta Natural Park. Explore the park’s rich biodiversity and fertile landscapes, soaking in the tranquility and beauty of this remarkable environment.

Trek downhill toward Principal Valley, admiring stunning scenery while learning about the local flora and fauna. Visit traditional settlements scattered across the hillsides, connect with locals, and experience rural life. Walk through agricultural fields of coconut palms, banana trees, tamarind, mango, and sugar cane, witnessing the island’s vibrant farming culture.
