Start your day with a hotel pickup in Praia and embark on an exciting hike along one of Santiago's most stunning trails. Your adventure begins at Serra Malagueta Natural Park, located about 1,000 meters above sea level. Explore the park’s endemic plants while gaining insight into the local fauna and flora, all while enjoying breathtaking views of rugged hills and remarkable landscapes.

As you descend through lush greenery, you'll encounter picturesque deserted villages, where you may spot gray-headed kingfisher birds. Along the way, meet local families and learn about their history and lifestyle in these remote mountain areas.

Enjoy lunch with a local family before continuing to the east coast and crossing the Gongon River to reach the beautiful Hortelã Valley, where your tour concludes. You will then be transferred back to Praia, ending with a drop-off at your accommodation.
