Route details

The tour begins in Auckland, where we set off toward the northeast coast and arrive at Ti Point — one of New Zealand’s most scenic climbing destinations. Located near the small coastal town of Leigh, Ti Point features dramatic greywacke cliffs that rise above the Pacific Ocean.

After a short walk along the coastal trail, we reach the climbing sectors. We typically start at The Main Wall, a versatile sector ideal for warm-ups and skill-building. Depending on the group’s experience and conditions, we may continue to The Pinnacle, known for its exposed technical climbs, or The Cave, which offers steep and athletic overhangs for advanced climbers.

Throughout the day, climbers are treated to expansive sea views, fresh ocean air, and the chance to spot native flora and seabirds. The surrounding landscape remains wild and relatively untouched, creating a powerful contrast to urban climbing gyms.

At the end of the session, we return to Auckland, having spent the day suspended between sea and sky.
