Climb Mountain Toubkal (4,167m), the highest peak in North Africa, on a stunning 3-day, 2-night trek.
Starting in the Western High Atlas, you’ll explore Berber villages and traverse high mountain passes to acclimatize before the summit push. No mountaineering experience is needed to enjoy this challenging hike and the breathtaking panoramic views from the top.
We will begin our journey with a transfer from Marrakech to the village of Agersioual, where you'll meet our team, including the guide, cook, and muleteers.
Our first day will be dedicated to acclimatization as we take on a trek through Ouirgane National Park. The landscape features gentle terrain with copper-green soil and juniper trees.
We will then ascend out of the valley and traverse towards the breathtaking Azzaden Valley. As we walk, you'll be treated to stunning views of a rushing mountain stream, flanked by lush walnut groves, all leading up to Toubkal and its neighboring peaks at the valley's head.
We will spend the night at Azib Tamsoulte Gite or camp under the stars, after approximately 6 hours of trekking.
