The Trek FX is the perfect solution for smaller riders looking to reap the benefits of both a road bike's speed and a city bike's comfort and versatility. This combination of features ensures that it can be used as an excellent fitness bike or casual touring bike, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds. With its easy-to-use design and lightweight frame, this bike provides an optimal riding experience no matter what type of terrain you use it on.

This trip is rated Activity Level “Moderate” and it involves moderate physical activity and is suitable for those with an intermediate level of fitness. It will be a great opportunity to explore the area while challenging yourself with some adventurous activities.

There are five cycling days, and riders are expected to cover an average distance of 45-50 km (28-31 miles) per day with up to 95 percent support from vehicle transportation. This is an excellent way to explore the area in a sustainable and healthy manner while also taking part in a meaningful experience.

The terrain is remarkably flat which allows us to cycle on a range of surfaces, including tarmac roads and dirt tracks. This combination allows for a more varied cycling experience whilst also keeping the level of difficulty manageable.

Safety
We recommend you wear a helmet on all our biking adventures. This is non-negotiable. If you do not wear a helmet, you will not be allowed to cycle. Your tour guide is trained in first aid and emergency rescue, but to a large degree, you must be responsible for your own safety while riding.

Situated in the heart of Luang Prabang, this hotel was fitted with wooden flooring and rooms that were furnished with minimal-style decor and handcrafted furniture. The riverfront restaurant overlooking the Mekong River only operates during breakfast hours.
