This cycling tour takes you through the beautiful landscapes of North Karelia, where lakes appear between forests and small villages bring life to the countryside. Starting from Salmenkylä, you follow scenic routes toward Bomba Karelian village, cycling at your own pace along lakeshores, rolling hills, and quiet rural roads.

Along the way you pass rapids, wooden villages, and forest paths, with time for picnics, campfire breaks, and refreshing swims. Evenings are spent in cozy accommodations, enjoying sauna, local food, and peaceful surroundings. Your luggage is transferred ahead so you can simply enjoy the ride.

This self-guided tour offers well-planned routes, comfortable daily distances, and plenty of time to experience Karelia slowly and close to nature.

The bikes are Finnish Helkama Hybrid bikes with 24 gears, hand brakes and a little bit wider tyres than the normal city bikes. Helmets are available in Medium and Large sizes
Handlebar phone holders are not included as standard equipment on the bicycles.
We reserve all the rights to change the order of the activities if necessary due to weather or other conditions.
