Join us for a bicycle tour in Phnom Penh, exploring the scenic Tonle Sap riverside. Experience stunning farmlands, floating villages, paddy fields, and local communities, including fishing and Muslim groups, as well as Buddha temples. We’ll pick you up from your hotel and take you to the meeting point north of the city.

During the ride, you may spot various birds like Little Egrets and Kingfishers while enjoying the refreshing river breeze and tropical fruits. We'll visit silver and bronze handicraft villages to connect with local artisans. The tour concludes with a climb up Oudong Hill, where you'll see the largest Buddha statue, royal stupas, and breathtaking views of the Cambodian countryside. Oudong was the royal capital from the 17th to 19th centuries, located northwest of Phnom Penh.

Route details

You will be picked up from the hotel at 7:30am and transfer you to the north of Phnom Penh city. Here your bikes will be waiting for you.

After a brief introduction and saddle up of your bike, we cycle through the outskirt area of Phnom Penh, then we turn to the quiet back road through the Tonle Sap riverside where you’ll explore Khmer local villages, paddy rice fields, fruit and vegetable farmlands, fishing community, floating villages, Muslim community and the Buddha temple. During the cycle journey, we may have a chance to see any birds like Little-Egret, Black – winged Stilt, Black- shouldered kite, Large-Billed Crowed, Little-Cormorant, Kingfishers, Whiskered Tern and a numerous of wetland birds.

Continuously, we cycle to visit silver and bronze handicraft villages where you will connect with a local artisan and learn from the villagers. Then we will have a lunch at the local picnic hut at Oudong Hill where you’ll be tried some Khmer local foods such as grill chicken, fish, beef, pork and other green vegetable. A final climb up the Oudong Hill to see a largest Buddha status, royal stupas and get stunning view of Cambodia countryside. We return to the hotel at around 4pm.
