Following an early morning breakfast, you will be transported to the Kanyanchu Visitors Centre. There, you will meet an experienced ranger guide who will take you on a hike through the forest in search of a family of chimpanzees. Once you locate them, you will have the opportunity to spend an hour with them.

Afterward, you will return to the starting point to receive your trekking certificate.

Following this incredible experience, you'll be transferred to Rwenzori Mountains National Park in preparation for your hiking and trekking adventure in the Rwenzori Mountains. You'll spend the night at Trekkers Hostel.

Begin your journey at Trekkers, located at 1,450 meters, and spend the night at Sine Hut, which sits at 2,596 meters, resulting in an elevation gain of 1,146 meters. For those who are physically fit and wish to continue, you can head to Kalalama Camp at 3,134 meters. Along the way, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the surrounding cliffs, as well as views of the lowlands, Kasese town, and Lake Edward in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

The trek begins with a walk along the valley floor through the tall trees of the Afro Montane Forest Zone. The first six kilometers feature a gradual ascent, followed by a steep climb after crossing a river to reach Sine Camp. The forest is filled with towering trees, numerous bird species, and a chance to spot blue monkeys darting through the foliage. Just 200 meters from Sine Hut are Enock’s Falls, a perfect spot for capturing stunning photos with vibrant green lichen adorning the trees and the waterfall as a backdrop.

At Sine Camp, located at 2,596 meters, there are wooden huts nestled among tall trees on a narrow ridge where you can relax and take in the beauty of the forest while overlooking a series of rapids and waterfalls crashing over rocks. Many guests enjoy sitting outside by the campfire, engaging in conversation with guides about the mountains and local community life. Sine marks the lower edge of the bamboo zone, and the area is home to a variety of bird species. Enock Falls, just 150 meters from the camp, is surrounded by lush green vegetation and hanging vines—a truly stunning sight.

In the afternoon, you might choose to walk down to Enock's Falls, where you'll find many swinging vines draped in bright green lichen and moss. Alternatively, you can continue along the forest trail for about a kilometer to explore more swinging vines and soak in the beautiful surroundings before returning to Sine Camp for the night.

You will spend the night at Sine Camp, but if you're feeling adventurous and fit, you can opt to proceed to Kalalama Camp at 3,134 meters to enjoy even more spectacular views.

Starting from Sine Camp, the ascent through the steep yet stunning bamboo forests is both beautiful and inspiring. As you progress through the upper bamboo region, you'll encounter small patches of mixed forest trees, many of which produce fruit and berries, attracting a variety of bird species.

Listen for the calls of the Rwenzori Turaco, a bird with striking red wings that offers a breathtaking sight as it flits between the trees. During the drier season, the female Malachite Sunbird descends from higher altitudes to feed on nectar-rich flowers before returning to mate and raise its young. At around 3,000 meters, you enter the Heather zone, where towering Giant Heather trees reach heights of 15 meters, creating a truly impressive landscape.

At 3,147 meters, you'll find Kalalama Camp, an alternative to Sine Camp that boasts stunning views. Here, you can take a quick snack break and have the option to continue climbing towards Mutinda Peaks for approximately 2 kilometers, where you can admire the beautiful Giant Lobelia plants and flowers in an expansive peat bog. Afterward, return to Kalalama Camp for lunch before heading to Samalira Camp at 3,170 meters for the night.

The trek to Samalira Camp is relatively level as it traverses a high ridge adorned with Giant Heather trees, creating an incredible atmosphere—especially in the fog—as you cross picturesque streams that cascade over the edge. It's truly a remarkable experience!

At Samalira Camp, the dining hut is situated on the edge of a gorge, allowing you to gaze down at two of the five waterfalls while enjoying your meal or a cup of tea. After a break, you can take a trail down to the base of the waterfalls and look up at the water plunging over the falls amidst the Giant Heather trees—a truly breathtaking sight. Additionally, there's an option for a short but steep walk above the camp along a narrow ridge, where the ground and rocks are covered in vibrant green moss, giving you a view down toward the camp.

In the morning, you will trek down through the bamboo forests, enjoying stunning views of the lower hills and valleys until you reach Forest View Camp, where you can have lunch or a light snack.

Afterward, you will continue your descent through the Afro Montane Forest Zone, home to numerous birds and primates.

At the bottom of the steep descent, you'll arrive at Nyamwamba Camp, where you can take a break before completing the final 6 km to the park entrance and proceeding to Queen Elizabeth National Park, concluding the 3 Days of Rwenzori Mountain Hiking, Climbing, and Trekking.

You will spend the night at Bush Lodge or a similar accommodation.

After an early breakfast, you'll be transferred to Kasenyi for a game drive. The Kasenyi plains, known for their high concentration of prey, draw in predators, offering opportunities to spot some of the big cats found in Queen Elizabeth National Park during this thrilling adventure.

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which links Lake Edward and Lake George. This two-hour boat safari will allow you to observe a variety of aquatic, semi-aquatic, terrestrial wildlife, and birds, making it a memorable day in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

You'll spend the night at Bush Lodge or a similar accommodation.

After a leisurely morning breakfast transfer to Bwindi Mgahinga Gorilla National Park a head of Uganda gorilla trekking adventure.

Overnight at Travelers Rest Hotel or similar.

Following an early breakfast, you'll head to the ranger station for a briefing on the guidelines for interacting with gorillas.

Then, accompanied by an experienced ranger guide, you'll trek into the forest to look for the gorillas. Once located, you'll have the opportunity to spend an hour with them.

After this memorable experience, you'll return to the lodge for the night at Travelers Rest Hotel or a similar accommodation.

Following an early breakfast, you'll be transferred to Ntebeko in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park for a golden monkey trekking adventure.

After the trekking experience, you'll head to Kigali, Rwanda.

Spend the night at Hotel Des Melli Collines or a comparable accommodation.

Enjoy a relaxed morning breakfast before heading to the Kigali Genocide Museum to honor the victims of the 1994 Rwandan genocide against the Tutsi.

Depending on your flight schedule, you will then be transferred to the airport for your departure, concluding your trip.
