Route details

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu Airport (1,400 Meters/ 4,593 Feet).

The flight to Nepal is amazing with views of endless mounting ranges. Once you arrive at Kathmandu International Airport, our representative will welcome you and assist you with your accommodation. The rest of the day is free to explore this historic and vibrant city. You can go for a guided tour of the city or stroll on your own. In the evening join for a welcome dinner and later join a briefing session regarding the trek.

Accommodations are available in trekking lodges, teahouses as well as several hotels all along the trail, providing basic well-maintained, and reasonably luxury 5-star ones with additional needs according to your budget. Tea houses on the trail vary in quality and price, depending on the amenities they feature.

The tea houses room has twin sharing beds and some basic furniture like a table or a chair. Normally, beds contain pillows and sheets and almost all tea houses provide extra blankets as it will be freezing at night. Usually, hot showers are available throughout the trek.

For trekkers who want to Camp, various campsites are available along the trail.

Is there an option for free cancellation?

1) If you cancel your Everest Base Camp Trek up to 7 days before departure you forfeit your deposit only.

2) If you cancel your tour within 7days from starting of your experience you forfeit 100% of your tour cost.

3) You can reschedule the starting time of your experience up to 15days before the original starting time for free. If you want to reschedule your starting time within 15 days before departure extra fees might apply.

4) No refunds are made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip starts.

5) No refunds will be made for accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, or any services not used.
