I’ve been working as an outdoor guide since 2020, but my love for nature began much earlier. I grew up with a father who took me on a different kind of trip every weekend. Discovering forests, rivers, and trails. That sparked a lifelong passion for the outdoors. I started cycling when I was just four years old, and that passion has only grown stronger over the years. Today, I’m happy to share that same passion with travelers by guiding hiking, mountain biking, and e-bike tours around Žabljak, across Montenegro, and throughout the Balkans. Over the years, I’ve led groups of all sizes. In addition to guiding bike tours, I also run my own bike shop, where I make sure every bicycle is in perfect condition. As a certified UCI bike mechanic and a member of Montenegro’s First Aid team, I ensure that every tour is safe and professionally managed all the way to the top. Whether it’s hiking, tackling a challenging bike ride, or setting up camp in the mountains, my goal is to help others truly experience and connect with nature, creating memories they’ll share for generations.

Route details

Beginning at Eko Katun Štavna (1720m), the route winds through verdant forests and follows the Ljubaštica River, eventually reaching the grassy Ljuban plateau. Here, you can investigate the enigmatic tombstones of Bjelaga, which reflect the area's rich and turbulent history.

Proceed towards the Rogam plateau, where you'll pass by the Rogamska cirque and enjoy breathtaking views of the Ljevorečki and Kučki Kom peaks. Refresh yourself at the crystal-clear Crni izvori (Black Springs), an essential water source nestled among Komovi's grand cliffs.

Ascend Rogam peak (2113m) via the Cafa od Pricelja pass, where you'll be rewarded with sweeping panoramas of the surrounding katuns and mountains. Descend into Popovici katun, once vibrant with activity, now featuring the remnants of ancient huts, including those belonging to Montenegrin duke Marko Miljanov.

Navigate through the wilderness along the eastern slopes of Vasojevićki Kom, passing through Borovi pod with views of cross-border mountains and the untamed Mojanska river valley. Finish your adventure by descending through the Mačak beech forest back to Eko Katun Štavna.
