Horses have always been an important part of my family, and I have been riding for as long as I can recall. Growing up in Wadi Musa, the village next to the ancient site of Petra (Jordan), I interacted with tourists from a young age. This mesmerizing site is visited by many tourists who come to discover the beauty of its magnificent facades. As I grew older, I travelled the continents and gained a deeper understanding of what tourists seek when they travel. It became clear to me that Jordan has so many treasures to share with the world. This realization led me to start my travel agency, where I still guide the horse-riding tours for French guests. In addition to horse-riding tours, we offer hiking, biking, and other exciting adventures. Route details

Following breakfast, the group will be collected from the hotel in Amman for a picturesque 2.5-hour drive to the trekking starting point. This journey provides a wonderful chance to connect with fellow hikers or catch some rest. Our adventure kicks off with a hike through the varied terrains of the Dana Biosphere Reserve, which encompasses four unique ecozones, showcasing an impressive array of plant, bird, and wildlife species.

We will initially hike along the mountains, offering sweeping views of Dana Valley, before making our way down into the al Khashasha Valley.

We'll set up camp at a remote campsite on the outskirts of the valley.
