Start your day with a 20-minute transfer to the majestic Mount Vesuvius, the active volcano that famously destroyed Pompeii in 79 A.D. Our local ranger guide will take you through the volcano’s history and geology, offering fascinating insights as you gaze into the crater and witness the fumaroles. Standing at 1,282 meters, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Bay of Naples. Expert volcanologist Stefano will share in-depth knowledge of the volcano’s past and significance.

For lunch, indulge in organic, locally sourced dishes at the Bosco de’ Medici winery, where you’ll taste fine Falanghina and Lacryma Christi wines, both white and red, all produced from the fertile slopes of Vesuvius.

After a short transfer, arrive at Corpo di Cava, your base for the next two nights on the stunning Amalfi Coast. After some relaxation, visit the historic Benedictine Abbey, founded in 1011 A.D. and still home to eight monks. Admire the exquisite Tino di Camaino sculptures (14th century) and the Longobard Cemetery (12th century).

Your day begins with a scenic walk from the hotel, heading toward Albori, a charming village nestled among chestnut trees. Listed as one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy, Albori offers stunning views of the coast and the Bay of Salerno. Continuing on foot, you’ll arrive in Cetara, a quaint fishing village renowned for its anchovy production.

Enjoy a delicious pasta with anchovies at a cozy family-run restaurant. Not a fan of anchovies? No worries—there are plenty of other mouthwatering options to choose from.

After lunch, we return to the hotel for some downtime to relax. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant in town, famous for its wild boar with paccheri pasta. Vegetarian options are also available.

Today, we embark on an off-the-beaten-path adventure before heading to our next hotel. We start with a scenic drive to Tramonti, one of the few remaining authentic agricultural villages on the Amalfi Coast. This charming town has preserved its traditions for centuries and is a perfect example of the region's rural beauty.

On foot, we cross the valley, passing vineyards, chestnut groves, and lemon orchards, creating a stunning tapestry of colors and flavors. We’ll visit a local farm, where the farmer will share the secrets of his generational crops, livestock, and gastronomic creations, which we’ll have the pleasure of tasting.

Our journey continues along the Path of the 13 Churches, where we’ll walk through centuries-old vineyards cultivating the rare Tintore grape, a 300-year-old local variety.

Lunch will be served at a family-run trattoria, where you’ll enjoy an al fresco meal featuring limoncello-spritz and lemons grown right on their property.

After lunch, relax before joining a ceramics painting workshop. Learn about the traditional ceramic techniques of the area, and at the end of the class, you’ll take home your very own artwork as a souvenir of the day.

This evening, dinner is at your leisure in Minori, where you can explore the town’s culinary delights.

Start the day with a short drive to Ravello, a luxurious town once home to the wealthiest families of the Amalfi Coast during the Middle Ages. Here, we visit the stunning Villa Cimbrone, renowned for its picturesque gardens and the "infinity terrace" offering panoramic views of the sea from 400 meters above. We also explore the Cathedral, home to the striking mosaic of Jonah and the Whale, showcasing Moorish influences.

For lunch, enjoy a delightful meal in a charming garden restaurant. Afterward, we take a downhill walk to Amalfi, making our way to our hotel in Minori.

Tonight, we dine in Atrani, a picturesque town reachable by ferry from Amalfi. After a short walk, we enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before our driver brings us back to the hotel.

Optional Capri Excursion
For a change of scenery, choose an optional excursion to Capri instead of Ravello. You’ll take a 1-hour boat ride (approx. €55 each way) to the island, with free time to explore. Your guide will provide all the essential info on what to see, eat, and do. On the way back, you can stop in Positano for a quick visit, but please arrange your own driver to return to Minori. The group will reconvene for dinner in Atrani at 6:30 pm.

Begin your day with a short drive to the charming hamlet of Scala. Today, we explore the Mill’s Valley, walking alongside the river Canneto and the ruins of ancient paper mills where Amalfi’s special paper was produced in the 13th/14th centuries. After about an hour and a half of walking, we arrive at a natural reserve, home to stunning waterfalls and a prehistoric fern. We stroll through a peaceful chestnut forest, enveloped by calm and tranquility.

Lunch awaits us in the picturesque hamlet of Pontone at Ristorante San Giovanni, where we enjoy fresh focaccia, vegetables, pomodorini, eggplant, and pecorino. For dessert, savor the iconic pasticciotto al limone.

After lunch, we continue our downhill walk to Amalfi, tackling about 1,000 steps, but all downhill. Once in Amalfi, enjoy free time to explore the town. Visit the Cathedral, sip an Aperol spritz in the main square, or shop for local goods. You’ll have about 1.5 hours to enjoy this charming town.

Later, we reconvene for a ferry ride back to Minori.

This evening, prepare for a farewell dinner like no other. We head by bus to Il Tintore, an old farmhouse surrounded by terraced vineyards. Here, Raffaella and Aniello will welcome us to their organic farm, where Raffaella demonstrates how to make fresh mozzarella cheese. Dinner, crafted with love and featuring super-fresh ingredients from the farm, will be served between the vines. The warmth of Raffaella’s presentation and the intimate setting make this an unforgettable experience, often remembered by past guests.
