This trekking adventure through the hills of Mu Cang Chai is more than a hike — it’s a walk through the heart of Northern Vietnam’s culture and beauty.
Your journey begins with a climb to Mong Ngua Viewpoint, where emerald rice terraces spiral like natural sculptures across the mountainsides. You’ll continue through peaceful Hmong villages, wander bamboo forests, and share lunch beneath the trees. Along the way, you’ll meet local families, step into their homes, and hear stories passed down for generations. By evening, you’ll arrive in a traditional Thai village, where a warm meal and authentic homestay experience await.
Over two days and around 20 km of scenic trails, you'll travel by foot through rice fields, cross misty streams, and enjoy curated local meals. This is a rare chance to immerse yourself in rural life and landscapes few travelers ever reach. Join us, and walk where the mountains tell stories!

- RRebeccaabout provider2 Aug, 2025Our family did the 4-day, 3-night trek and it exceeded all expectations. Ky, our guide, was incredibly warm and knowledgeable, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The hike took us through stunning rice terraces, peaceful Hmong villages, and scenic trails far away from crowded tourist spots. The homestays were cozy and gave us a real taste of local life. We also had a few dietary requirements, and everything was thoughtfully arranged for us. If you're looking for a meaningful, nature-filled adventure - this is the one. Huge thanks to Ky for making it so special!
- AAmélieabout provider27 May, 2025We went on a 3-day trek through Mu Cang Chai and were blown away by the experience. Our local guide, Ky, not only showed us the stunning scenery but also gave us a deep dive into the traditions and way of life of the local communities. It felt like discovering the region through the eyes of someone who has lived and breathed it their whole life. The views were amazing, the atmosphere peaceful, and we left feeling truly enriched. Highly recommend this if you're looking for an immersive, off-the-beaten-path adventure.
