Route details

Day 1
Transfer to Kara Suu Lake

We will depart from Toktogul early in the morning and head towards Lake Kara-Suu. In the first hour, we will drive around the Toktogul reservoir. Once we reach the opposite side of the lake, you will be greeted by a stunning panoramic view featuring desert hills and the snow-covered peaks of the Celestial Mountains in the distance.

After crossing the Kok Bel Pass, we will leave the main road to follow a track alongside the Kara-Suu River, which flows from the lake of the same name.

Upon arriving at the lake, you can take a refreshing swim and stroll around the area to stretch your legs, as we will begin our 5-day trek the following day. We will set up camp near the lake for the night.
