Kyrgyzstan Ski Adventure

Early morning departure (hike 1) to the Otmok pass, with a 30-minute transfer from the hotel. Picnic included.

Descent to the base camp follows. Free time in the afternoon.

Overnight stay and meals at the same location as the previous day - a guesthouse or yurt (same as the day before).

30-minute transfer from the hotel to the Ala Bel pass, starting at an elevation of 3175 m.

You'll stay in a guesthouse or yurt, just like the previous day.

There will be an excursion (hike 2) to Ala-Bel, followed by a picnic.

Afterward, you'll return to the base camp for the night, with meals provided at the same location as the day before.

Excursion (hike 3) with a 30-minute transfer from the hotel to the Jaisan Valley, followed by a picnic.

Afterward, return to the base camp for the night, with meals provided at the same location as the previous day.

Accommodation in a guest house or yurt (same as the day before).

Brief hike (hike 4) until 2 p.m., departing from our roadside hotel.

Afterwards, we'll transfer (3-4 hours) to the village of Kizart. Along the way, we will travel alongside the Kokomerene River, which winds through a beautiful canyon featuring striking red ochre hues.

We'll settle in at a local resident's home.

Travel to Bokonbaev. En route, enjoy a ski tour (5) to the Kizart Pass.

Stay overnight in a yurt.

In the evening, you'll have the opportunity to attend a folk music concert.

As dawn breaks, we go to Jyrgalan, a hidden gem that has transformed from a former mining village into a premier destination for skiers. This enchanting valley is nestled to the east of Lake Issyk-Kul. Upon arrival, we are greeted by breathtaking landscapes.

Guided by experienced professionals, we explore the forests and secret valleys of Jyrgalan. The powder snow beneath our skis feels like a dream, and as we carve our way down vast virgin slopes.

We prepare for another adventure in the pristine wilderness of Jyrgalan. Today, we delve deeper into the hidden valleys that surround this alpine paradise. Our guides lead us through untouched terrain.

As we navigate through this winter wonderland, the sense of freedom and exhilaration is palpable.

By evening, we return to our cozy accommodations, where a warm meal awaits.

Today’s focus is on conquering new heights as we venture to some of the area’s most challenging slopes. Our skilled guides ensure that we are well-prepared for the thrilling descents ahead. The sensation of gliding down steep runs amidst awe-inspiring scenery is nothing short of exhilarating.

After an action-packed day of skiing, we make our way back to Karakol, where a genuine Kyrgyz experience awaits us. We are warmly welcomed into a local's home, where traditional hospitality envelops us. Sharing a hearty meal prepared with love, we immerse ourselves in the rich culture and stories of our hosts.

We travel to Bishkek along the northern edge of Lake Issyk-Kul, renowned for its stunning landscapes and charming villages. On this day of our journey, we’ll have the chance to take in the breathtaking views of the lake and the snow-capped Tian Shan mountains one last time, with several stops along the way to enjoy scenic viewpoints or shop for local crafts.

In the evening, we’ll wrap up our adventure with a farewell dinner at a traditional Kyrgyz restaurant, where we can savor local flavors and share a final enjoyable moment together.

We’ll spend the night in a comfortable hotel in Bishkek, getting some well-deserved rest before our departure.
