The Menalon Trail stretches 75 km across the heart of Arcadia, linking the villages of Stemnitsa, Dimitsana, Zygovisti, Elati, Vytina, Nymfasia, Magouliana, Valtesiniko and Lagkadia. Along the route, hikers can immerse themselves in Arcadia’s mountain landscapes, explore historic villages, connect with the local people, and savor traditional cuisine.
