An exciting expedition into the depths of the Amazon rainforest. We are thrilled to present this incredible four-day adventure along the Shiripuno River.

This journey takes place in Yasuní National Park, where you will embrace a nomadic lifestyle. Camping along the banks of the Shiripuno River, you will be on the move, exploring the vibrant biodiversity of this protected area. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to engage with one of the most enigmatic indigenous communities in the Amazon: the Huaoranis.

Beginning in Quito, the capital city, you will be transported to the Amazon Rainforest by crossing the eastern Andes and descending into the heart of Yasuní, one of Ecuador’s most significant protected areas.

Day 1
To Francisco de Orellana (El Coca) and Yasuní National Park

You will depart early from your hotel and be transferred to Francisco de Orellana (el Coca). This will be a long transfer by land (approximately 5 hours), followed by a 2-hour transfer to the port where you will undertake your adventure. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the stunning scenery of the Ecuadorian countryside, with its lush landscapes and vibrant local culture. Once you arrive at the port, you'll feel the excitement build as you prepare to embark on your thrilling journey into the heart of the Amazon rainforest.
