Discover the breathtaking beauty of Rila National Park, the heart of the majestic Rila Mountains. This unforgettable journey takes you through Bulgaria’s most stunning alpine landscapes, at a relaxed pace. Hike to the highest of the iconic Seven Rila Lakes and explore the legendary Malyovitsa region — the birthplace of Bulgarian mountaineering. Known for its dramatic contrasts, the region offers rugged northern cliffs and gentler southern slopes, ideal for both adventurers and nature lovers. Visit the Malyovitsa Ski Centre, with its ski runs and lifts, perfect in winter. And don’t miss Musala Peak (2,925 m / 9,596 ft) — the highest summit in Bulgaria and the entire Balkans, and one of the top seven highest peaks in Europe.
